For people with extensive experience in leading the delivery of transformational programmes. This role encompasses driving change delivery capability to client engagements and leading our team of Consultants, working across change disciplines and playing a key role in all elements of our consulting value chain. Providing thought leadership and insight based on knowledge of Wealth, Insurance, Asset Management and Technology, products and processes.

Aimed at people with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an operations or change environment, within Wealth, Insurance, Asset Management or Technology. Ideal if you want to broaden your capability, using your experience to shape change programmes and help our clients achieve their transformational needs.

Our 3-year programme is aimed at people with experience within a Life, Pensions, Investments, Insurance, Asset Management or Technology environment. The programme provides training, coaching, professional qualifications alongside practical experience across core consultant capabilities and change disciplines such as business analysis and project delivery.
