Becoming a Simplify Associate

Simplify Associates demonstrate the following characteristics, skills and experiences:

  • Understand and have experience of working in Financial Advice, Life & Pensions, Investments or Transfer Agency/Fund Management
  • Are qualified in their own discipline (e.g. Project Manager, Business Analyst)
  • Share and exhibit the Simplify values: delivery tenacity, commitment, professionalism and pragmatism

A Two-Way Relationship

To become a Simplify Associate, we ask that you meet with us, demonstrate your skills and capability and that your values align with ours. In return we commit to:

  • Contacting you to discuss opportunities to support our consultancy engagement as and when they present themselves
  • Provide CV and Linked-In profile coaching and advice
  • Provide discounted access to our Simplify training courses
  • Keeping in touch regularly to discuss market activity and provide you with advice and support around resourcing generally
  • Sending you our quarterly newsletter to keep you informed of everything happening at Simplify
